Women who have done fitness modeling, independently of other modeling jobs like glamour, fashion or even solo and hardcore adult modeling.

Fitness models may be amateur or professional competitors in physique events. They have considerable "toned" lean muscle mass but, compared to bodybuilders, more emphasis on athletic body type and less emphasis on size. Most of them have enhanced/reconstructed breasts due to esthetic concerns or sometimes due to loss in breast tissue. Some (if not most) fitness models have large clits induced by use of androgenic steroids.
