In Athens the listings sit around the centre, Kolonaki, and the southern coast at Glyfada — apartment incall and hotel outcall. Thessaloniki ticks over all year. Mykonos is the summer headline: short season, high prices, almost entirely hotels and villas. Patra on the west coast is a smaller independent market.
