User Content

- By uploading content, you grant Boobpedia a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and process that content as part of our services.
- You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, is unlawful, or depicts individuals without their consent.
- We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boobpedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Paid Boosts
Boobpedia offers optional paid boost products (Silver, Gold, and Diamond) that increase a creator profile's ranking and add tier-specific visual treatments for a fixed 30-day period. Payments are processed via NowPayments using cryptocurrency.
- No refunds. All boost purchases are final and non-refundable once the payment has confirmed on-chain. This applies whether the boost is unused, used partially, or if the underlying profile is later removed, banned, or self-deleted.
- If a boost fails to activate after a confirmed payment, contact [email protected] with the NowPayments payment ID and we will resolve it — typically by activating the boost or, at our sole discretion, by extending the duration of a subsequent boost.
- Purchasing a boost while another boost is already active queues the new boost to start when the current one ends, so you get the full 30 days. This is not a discount or refund of any part of the active boost.
- We may modify boost pricing, tier benefits, or product availability at any time. Changes apply to future purchases only — active boosts retain the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
- Cryptocurrency payments are subject to network and exchange rate variability. The on-chain amount required is determined by NowPayments at checkout and may differ marginally from the displayed USD price; this is normal and not grounds for refund.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
