Vicky Chan (陳偉琪) is a Hong Kong actress.
She is 2011 Vancouver Chinese Miss election runner-up. She has participated in the 2013 Miss Hong Kong campaign, run for the number 20. As a result of the election campaign in the family to vote for their own activities, as well as rumors of "mysterious Chee-yeon" for their votes, and thus have a nickname, "master of love" .
