I've had the same issue.
If you don't have the "Upload file" option on the left hand side menu. Do the following: Go to http://www.boobpedia.com/boobs/Special:Preferences, scroll down to Email options, and enter your email address for confirmation. You should get a confirmation email, and once you confirm your address, you should be able to upload photos. BlueMax (talk) 14:04, 13 August 2021 (UTC)
