I'm new here. Still trying to figure out stuff

I have no idea how to upload images cause when I tried to do so said that "You do not have permission to upload this file, for the following reason: The action you have requested is limited to users in one of the groups: Administrators, emailconfirmed." I tried contacting other admins, leaving messages on other editors' pages, contacting Boobpedia on email, Instagram and Twitter, but there hasn't been any responses yet. Would appreciate if anyone can tell me what I should do.
