Normalized Parameter Names for weight template

This is for use as a normalized form of the weight styling template, thus allowing some of the fragility of the older weight template to be separated out.

Parameters

• p: weight in pounds
• k: weight in kilograms
• r: decimal places to round numbers to

Usage

Examples of how to use this template:

• {{weight_npn|k=70}} → 70 kg (154 lb)
• {{weight_npn|p=154}} → 154 lb (70 kg)
• {{weight_npn|k=73.34|r=2}} → 73.34 kg (161.35 lb)
• {{weight_npn|p=154|k=55}} → 154 lb (55 kg)

...if you don't want to actually convert your measurements :)
