Enhanced vs. Natural

In the profile, there is a line below.

"In July 2010, McKenzie again underwent surgery on her breasts, this time receiving implants to enhance their size.[30]"

It has a reference stating that she had augmentative surgery following her reduction. Why is she still listed as Natural?

Athanatophobos She isn't listed as Natural. Where did you see that?
