It seems there's some controversy about the naturalness of her breasts. Another editor claimed to see a scar in the picture he uploaded and asserted that the "tightness" of her breasts is evidence of being enhanced. I don't see any scar whatsoever - not even what might be construed as a scar - and tightness is to be expected in a thin young woman with such large breasts, natural or no. I've reviewed quite a few of her videos (in high resolution), and they always behave exactly as natural breasts would to motion. They are almost certainly not enhanced.
