Melanie Boorman is a London-based model from Lancashire, England. She is one of the most popular new models in The Sun, where she regularly appears as a Page Three girl. As well as regular appearances in The Sun, Melanie can frequently be seen in a variety of UK Lad's Mags such as FHM, ICE, Loaded, Esquire, GQ, Zoo and Nuts.
Although born in Kent, South-East England, Melanie Jane spent most of her childhood years in the North-West, which is why her pictures in The Sun always list her hometown as being Morecambe. Melanie Jane first came into the public eye in 2003, when she became a finalist in FHM's High Street Honeys competition. Shortly afterward, she relocated to London to pursue a full-time modeling career.
As a child, Melanie was offered an entrance audition at the Royal Ballet School in London. Melanie Jane's CV shows a list of qualifications which includes, amongst other things, being a qualified bus driver.
She recently made a fleeting appearance in the Stephen Woolley film Stoned, an autobiographical movie charting the life and death of original Rolling Stone Brian Jones.
It was reported that she was in a romantic lesbian relationship with fellow Page 3 model Becky Rule[1], but in July 2007 it was reported that she had "found a wonderful man called James and they are getting hitched next September". Becky Rule will be a bridesmaid.
