Kia Drayton is an American nude model who was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for December 2006. Prior to the lifetime achievement of becoming a Playmate, she also enjoyed success as the 2004 Hooters Restaurant Swimsuit Calendar centerfold, an appearance in Smooth Magazine, and has been a calendar girl for multiple years with the Atlanta Dymes. She's also a DJ and music collector.In her Playboy pictorial she claimed to have over 20,000 records in her garage. She has a tattoo of Chinese symbols on her right hip. Drayton graduated from Redan High School in Stone Mountain, GA in 2001. She currently is working on her bachelor's degree in Interior Design at the Art Institute of Atlanta. Drayton claims that she was raised in Atlanta.
On April 25, 2007, she and a personal trainer, Otis Leon Story, were arrested in North Charleston, South Carolina after housekeeping discovered more than a kilo of cocaine in their hotel room. Charges against Drayton were dropped eventually after authorities determined the kilo of cocaine found in their hotel room belonged to Story.
