Ashley Graham is a fictional character from the video game Resident Evil 4 and it’s 2023 remake. In the original game she was voiced by Carolyn Lawrence. For the 2023 remake she was voiced by Akati Sotō in Japan and Genevieve Buechner in English, who also did motion capture for Graham’s movements. Her face is based on Dutch model Ella Freya and her body on American cosplayer Sophie S.
Biography
Graham is 20 years old in Resident Evil 4, which is set in 2004, meaning she was born in 1983 or 1984. She in the daughter of the game’s president of the United States.
In the Autumn of 2004, shortly before the events of the game, she was kidnapped while driving home from college. Graham was then smuggled to Spain and taken to the mountainous region of Valdelobos. The operation was overseen by a paramilitary cult known as Los Illuminados.
Appearance
Ashley has short blonde hair and brown eyes. In the original Resident Evil 4 she wears an orange, sleeveless turtleneck with a burgundy sweater around her neck. She also wears a plaid green skirt, white bikini-style panties, and knee-high brown buckled boots.
For the 2023 remake Ashley retains her blonde hair, but now styled in a modern asymmetrical bob cut. Her outfit is similar to her original look, keeping the orange sweater, but trading the burgundy sweater around her neck for a red bandanna. At the start of the game she has a dark orange jacket with a silver lion insignia. She wears grey leggings and her boots are more stylish. During the game Graham loses her jacket and scarf and can be seen wearing a silver necklace.
