Penelope started out as an exotic dancer. As Blake Winters, she teamed up with fellow dancer Tiffany Summers and created the dance act "Fire & Ice"; they performed together for about two and a half years, and also appeared together in a Penthouse magazine pictorial. Penelope started performing in explicit XXX-rated videos in 1997, where she changed her performance name to "Penelope Pumpkins". She also had her breasts enlarged from a natural 86 cm / 34 inch C cup to 109 cm / 43 inch F cup, as she and began doing hardcore porn to boost her feature dancing career.[5] She says she made 20 to 30 videos in 1988-1999. [5] Moreover, at this time, Penelope also was featured on posters for Budweiser beer and appeared as herself in an episode of The Jerry Springer Show. Also, Penelope began making appearances in such adult magazines as Gent, D-Cup, Score, Hustler, High Society, and Busty Beauties.
She has since retired from dancing and downsized her breasts to DD-cup size.
