Dixie Evans (Mary Lee Evans, born August 28, 1926, Long Beach, California) is a semi-retired American burlesque performer. She is the curator of the Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas, Nevada and proprietor-curator of the Exotic World Burlesque Museum & Striptease Hall of Fame in Helendale, California. Famous strippers whose memorabilia is housed in the latter include Blaze Starr, Lili St. Cyr and Chesty Morgan.[1]
