Giannina Facio Franco (1955, San José, Costa Rica) is a Costa Rican showgirl.
The father, Gonzalo Facio Segreda, is a famous lawyer and diplomat. She was active in Italy where she premiered as part of the cast of a TV show (Emilio, 1989). She acted in movies such Vacanze di Natale '90 (1990), Nessuna verità (2008), Le crociate - Kingdom of Heaven (2005) and Zona d'ombra - Una scomoda verità (2015). Famous for her relationships with Julio Iglesias and Philippe Junot, in 2015 she married the British film director and producer Sir Ridley Scott.
