Angelique Pettyjohn (March 11, 1943- February 14, 1992) was an American B movie actress and burlesque queen. [1] She is best known for her appearance in the Star Trek episode, "The Gamesters of Triskelion". Pettyjohn has appeared under a number of pseudonyms, including Angelique and Heaven St. John. The latter alias is often associated with her few early 1980s appearances in hardcore porn films that made use of her buxom figure.
On St. Valentine's Day 1992, Pettyjohn died in Las Vegas, Nevada of cervical cancer. [1]
