Kellita Smith (born on July 11, 1969 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American actress and model.
Early years
Smith was born in Chicago. Smith moved to Oakland, California in 1972, after her parents divorced. Smith and her brother Eric, attended the Oakland Community Learning Center, a historical educational facility founded by the Black Panthers. In 1989, Smith earned a degree in political science from Santa Rosa Junior College. After taking early jobs as a saleswoman and an administrative assistant, Smith enrolled in an acting workshop.
Career
Smith made her major debut on the TV series Martin in 1995. The same year, Smith made her movie debut in The Crossing Guard. Smith continued to star in other shows such as Sister, Sister, The Waynes Bros. and The Jamie Foxx Show. From 2001 to [[2006, Smith starred as Wanda McCullough in the hit The Bernie Mac Show. In 2006, some speculated that Smith got breast implants, because of the expansion of her breasts.
Smith has posed for many magazines such as People, TV Guide, Esquire, Fitness, Glamour, Vanity Fair, Cosmopolitan and Essence. In 2003, Smith posed topless for Stuff magazine.
