Helene Rask (born November 1980 in Nesodden, Norway) is a Norwegian glamour model from Nesodden. She has worked as a model since she was 17.
She is known from magazines like FHM, Vi Menn, Henne, and Se&Hør og Her&Nå. and also known for participating in the Norwegian version of Fear Factor on TV3. She is also working in Gatebil Magazine, doing Q&As with readers + modelling.
Rask has also released two singles and a DVD as a singer, distributed by the Norwegian record company Best Of Music. She is also the owner of Rask Models, a Norwegian model agency.
