Temptress is an American porn star.
Biography
Born Nita S. Harbaugh[2] in Placerville, California, she moved to Arizona shortly after turning 18 and began dancing at a local strip club. Not long after, she moved to Los Angeles where she worked at the Body Shop. Curious about the adult entertainment industry, she tried her first porn scene in 1997 and loved it. This early video work caught the eye of Wicked Pictures President and owner Steve Orenstein, who then signed her to an exclusive contract. From 1998-2004, she appeared in 24 titles for the company, including Eros, Wicked Temptress, Spellbound, Working Girl and It Had To Be You, and the DVD version of Dreamquest. Between 1999-2001, she was nominated for 7 AVN Awards and 2 Hot d'Or Awards.
In 2001, a lunch-time interview was done with famous British author Martin Amis, arranged by Orenstein, for The Guardian [3]. Shortly thereafter, she retired from the adult film industry to pursue a degree in computers.[4] As of July 2008, she was reported as living in North Hollywood, California with a husband and daughter.[5]
