As a serious question, do we really thing Bilyana is actually "natural". I wanted to believe so when first seeing her pictures, but a second/closer look leaves me with some doubts? If you consider this one of her laying down, her right boob doesn't appear to "pillow"/flatten smoothly like one would expect to see from a natural breast.
Rather, there is what looks to be a clearly defined shape/edge of an implant. Now, I guess this COULD be an optical illusion of some sort, and I'll certain admit to being in error if someone wants to chime in and correct me. Just got to thinking....
