Rochelle Swanson (born December 4, 1963, in Three Rivers, California, USA as Rhoda M. Swanson) is an model and actress. Miss San Diego 1984 (az Rhoda Swanson). Later changed name from Rhoda to Rochelle, became a movie and television actress starring in upwards of 25 movies and appearing as a star of numerous television series, sitcoms, and soap operas. Also played the role of David Hasselhoff's girlfriend Shelby on Baywatch, starred in the Showtime series Sherman Oaks as Sheila Shane, and was Cynthia in the 160 episodes of Fox Soap Opera called "FOREVER".
