Kelly says, "I currently have 1650cc Polytech implants and had 2000cc previously. Both done in Australia by special Government approval. I am the only person in Australia to have these sizes placed in me in Australia. Even Lady Gaga said I have the best breasts she has ever seen, after I flashed them to her."
