Lily Cade (born January 25, 1985 in Los Angeles, California) is an American pornstar and adult film director. She is known as "Porn Valley's Gold Star Lesbian".
Early life
Cade was born in Los Angeles, California, although she briefly also lived in a farm in Kentucky. While in college, she worked as a dominatrix.
Adult film career
Cade's first adult scene was with Capri Cavalli in 2008 for Cavalli's website. She went on to perform in small films as a result of answering ads on Craigslist; none of these films were ever released. Her first film as a director was Art School Dykes, for which she was nominated for a Feminist Porn Award in 2011.
Personal life
Cade is openly lesbian. She is known as "Porn Valley’s Gold Star Lesbian".
Cade insists in only acting in girl/girl films but has no problem directing boy/girl videos. In September 2008 she married her college sweetheart Sten Cade after being together since 2005. Cade has an open marriage; both she and her wife at one time participated in an open relationship with fellow porn actress Laurel Norton, who lives with them. Cade says that she does not believe in monogamy.
Other ventures
In May 2011, Girlfriends Films donated $1,000 in Cade's name to gay rights organization Lambda Legal.
