Catherine Joy "C.J." Perry is an American dancer, actress, and professional wrestler who is currently signed to WWE NXT under the ring name Lana.
Early life
Before joining WWE, Perry worked as a model and mainly as an actress; appearing on TV shows such as Banshee and The Game, as well as a minor role in the 2012 hit comedy,Pitch Perfect. Perry also did PR work for the energy drink, Red Bull.
Professional wrestling career
Perry was signed by World Wrestling Entertainment in June 2013 and she was sent to NXT where she was given the ring name Lana. On the October 23, 2013 episode of "NXT", Lana made her debut as a villain scouting Alexander Rusev during his match against C.J. Parker. On the November 6 episode of "NXT", Lana revealed toSylvester Lefort (in Bulgarian) that Rusev is now her client, and she later accompanied him to the ring as he defeated Lefort in a one-on-one match.
