María Luisa Gil is a Cuban model and actress. She was chosen as Playboy's Playmate of the Month in June, 1998. Maria moved to Chicago, Illinois in December, 1996.
In 2001 Maria was arrested for assisting her husband Pedro Pajes with smuggling cocaine into America. Pajes was sentenced to life in prison while Gil was sentenced to serving 21 to 27 months in jail.
