inserting the copyright notice

hi darius, here's a tip for easily inserting the copyright notice for an uploaded image. simply type {{fair use}} (two curly brackets) into the comment area when you upload, and the text is automatically included. --Hexvoodoo 23:53, 16 December 2007 (EST)

i have updated the upload form so that now it's only necessary to select a license from the licensing drop down menu.
