Kata Kärkkäinen is a Finnish adult model and was Playboy Playmate of the Month for December 1988. In Finland Kata won the Girls Under-18 Bowling National Championship. She attended Stevens High School in Rapid City, SD as a foreign exchange student and was on school's unsanctioned bowling team. She is a member of Mensa.
She was married to Johnny Lee Michaels from 1991 to 1996 and had one child. In 2004 she bore a daughter, Kiana Elina Aurora, fathered by Marcello Gentile. She married her current husband, Janne Janhonen, on 30 March 2005.
