Cher Falwell is a fictional character from the 2001 film Say It Isn't So. She is played by Courtney Peldon wearing a large prosthetic bust.
In one of the early scenes of the movie, a father asks his younger bachelor workmate to experience a family dinner with his wife, son and daughter. In the dinner, Peldon plays the daughter, who is rebellious teenager.
When her father tries to tell her off after she admits having had sex and piercings, she suddenly exposes what only then turns out to be large breasts to demonstrate how she had her nipples pierced. Her younger brother then comments he recognizes her large breasts and nipples from the Internet.
While never officially or even unofficially confirmed as prosthetic, the consensus seems to be so for both the breasts and nipples' piercings. [1]
