China Lee (born Margaret Lee September 2, 1942) is an American model and actress. She was Playboy's Playmate of the Month for the August 1964 issue. She was the first Asian American Playmate.

Lee was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to parents who were born in China and were married before they emigrated to the United States. She had three brothers and four sisters. One of her brothers, Harry Lee, was the popular and longtime sheriff of Jefferson Parish, a suburb of New Orleans, before he passed away in October 2007.

Lee worked as a hairstylist and waitress and Playboy Club Bunny before her Playboy appearance. She was a "Training Bunny," which required her to travel to different Playboy Clubs to teach prospective Bunnies the ropes.

She appeared in the end of the Woody Allen movie What's Up, Tiger Lily? doing a striptease.

She was married to Mort Sahl, the Montreal-born comedian. They divorced in 1991.
