Vicki Little was a prosthetic tits model faked by the Sunday Sport in 1989, her creation was an attempt to repeat the boost in sales achieved when featuring Tina Small in 1988. Sales rose 40% when Vicki was featured on the front page and as a result the Sunday Sport went on to feature a number of fake mega-busty girls over the following 5 years, including Maria Biggs.
