Puffy vs Areolas
I browse through puffy category and guess lot of editors confuse puffy (front part/areolas of the tits are bumped out) with large areolas (just notable bigger than ordinary). Example: http://www.boobpedia.com/boobs/Karin_Spolnikova : Fine big areolas but no puffy at all.

With http://www.boobpedia.com/boobs/Karin_Spolnikova how would you describe her nipples then, Are they inverted or flat?
