Alektra Blue (born June 9, 1983) is an American porn star who began working in the porn industry in 2005. She was born in Phoenix, Arizona, but grew up around the Dallas, Texas area. Blue currently resides in Woodland Hills, California. Growing up, Alektra played a lot of sports like volleyball, soccer, track, and cheerleading and the result is her lean, toned, hot body. She says she was very active in sports until the age of 14 when she began getting sexually active. Alektra moved back to Arizona for about 8 years before going back to Texas for school in which time she worked in bars, dancing and doing fashion shows. Things took an unexpected turn when her friend, Taryn Thomas, called her up and told her the benefits of doing porn. Taryn told Alektra that she would be perfect for it so she bought her a plane ticket to L.A. She has breast implants. She was married to performer and director Pat Myne.
Along with Brandy Talore, she won the 2006 F.A.M.E. "Favorite Rookie Starlet of the Year" award[4] sponsored by, among others, AVN Magazine magazine.[5]
Blue was Penthouse Pet of the Month for April 2008. [6]
She appears in the music video for the 2010 single "Telephone" by Lady Gaga featuring Beyonce Knowles.[7] She also appears, alongside fellow Wicked Pictures contract star Kaylani Lei, in the Free Speech Coalition's April 2010 "All-Star Anti-Piracy PSA"[8][9]
