This template is for linking to the search result page for a model in Adult DVD Empire. For example:

{{empire|chloe+vevrier|Chloe Vevrier}}

links to the search result page for Chloe Vevrier. The first parameter needs plus signs instead of spaces, while the second parameter can have spaces and should be properly capitalized.
