Dasha Astafieva is a Ukranian adult model and is best known as the 55th Anniversary Playboy Playmate for January 2009.

Astafieva first came to notoriety after winning the reality TV show Stars Factory in the Ukraine. This landed her a spot in the all-girl Ukrainian pop group Nikita. Astafieva was soon approached by the Ukraine edition of Playboy to become a Playmate. She accepted and quickly rose to be the Ukraine Playmate of the Year for 2007.

In early 2008, rumors circulated on the internet and in the National Enquirer that Astafieva was moving into the Playboy Mansion to become the fourth girlfriend of Hugh Hefner, who at the time was in sexual relatioships with the Girls Next Door -- his three blonde live-in girlfriends. An unnamed source told the Enquirer: "Dasha's natural endowments and beauty stunned Hugh. Dasha has upset the pecking order by pushing her way into Hugh's heart. The competition for his attention is really intense among the girls because of her." Hef's affair with Dasha spelled the beginning of the end for the Girls Next Door, eventually leading to them moving out and breaking up with Hefner. Astafieva earned the title of "homewrecker" for the covorting. She returned to the Ukraine where she continues performing with the group Nikita.
