Chelsea Charms (born on March 7, 1976 in Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota) is an American model and dancer.
Chelsea's breasts began developing at an early age. Before becoming a big bust model, Chelsea was a dancer with natural D cup breasts. Chelsea decided to become a model and got breast implants. She increased her bust size to an E cup. Her second augmentation increased her size to a HH cup. Both augmentations were saline implants.
Chelsea has appeared on the covers and in the pages of Buxotica, SCORE (March 2000), Hustler Busty Beauties (April 2000), and other adult magazines specializing in large breasted models. She is considered the top big bust model on the Internet with numerous pictures on various websites, and is the #1 featured model at Photoclubs.com.[1]
At around 2000, Chelsea made history when she received polypropylene string breast implants. String implants irritate the breast pocket which, in turn, promote the production of fluid. The fluid is absorbed by the implants resulting the gradual growth of the breast. The implants increased her bust size to 153XXX.
Because of the big breasts, Chelsea is called the "Queen of Big Boobs" and "The Women With The Largest Breasts In The World." Chelsea is 5' 3" tall, and her breasts weigh apporoximately 26 pounds each. As is common with feature models, her purported bust measurement -- her billed vital statistics are 153XXX-23-34 -- is clearly exaggerated, especially the cupsize of XXX. Her billed hip and waist measurements are most likely authentic, and a visual estimation of her true bust size must put her in the range of 60 inches around. Because of the nature of her string implants, Chelsea's breasts are continually expanding (by about 25 millimeters a month). Regular visits to her surgeon in Houston to have excess fluid drained are necessary.[2]
Chelsea began developing in the fourth grade, and before getting implants had a natural D cup. She has had breast augmentation surgery three times. The first enlarged her to an E cup. The second to an HH. Both were saline bags. The third surgery implanted the polypropylene string. A number of patients that had breast augmentation via the polypropylene method, had the unexpected side effect of their breasts growing at different paces or at a dangerously accelerated rate. However, in Chelsea's case, they have grown in unison. Although their growth rate has steadily slowed over the years. The initial string content was equivalent to 2500cc. Years later with continued growth, her doctor estimated the growth had increased the size of each breast to over 7000cc.[3]
In recent years the FDA has decided that the use of so-called "silly string" implants such as Chelsea's in breast augmentation surgery should be discontinued in the United States, until further studies on their safety and effectiveness have been carried out. Because of the FDA intervention, only a small number of women in the world still have the "silly string" implants. Several of the top women in the big-bust entertainment industry had or continue to have string implants, the four most notable being Minka, Maxi Mounds, Teddi Barrett and Chelsea. Of all the women who have had the procedure, no one has experienced more growth than Chelsea Charms, who currently has an estimated 10000cc of fluids in her breasts.
When she was still at 7000cc, asked if her back hurts, Chelsea replied, "No." But mentioned the importance of exercise. Besides exercising to stay in shape, she also loves to read, averaging about one book a week. Her favorite authors are Ha Jin, Anne Rice, and Charles Dickens.[3]
In her appearance at the 2005 Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada, and on her website Chelsea announced that her breasts had reached 10,000cc each; even though the Guinness World Record for the largest enhanced breasts is currently held by Maxi Mounds, there is little doubt that Chelsea is at least as big as she, if not larger. Although some women, like Sabrina Sabrok are attempting to capture the title, at this rate is unlikely that any other woman in the world can ever reach the 10000cc level. Until the FDA decides to change its rules, Chelsea Charms will remain the sui generis example of breast augmentation taken to the ultimate extreme.
