Ava Fabian is an American adult model who appeared in Playboy as Playmate of the Month in August 1986. Her centerfold was photographed by Arny Freytag and Richard Fegley. She has appeared in numerous Playboy videos. Ava Fabian played Roxy Carmichael in the 1990 movie Welcome Home, Roxy Carmichael, starring Winona Ryder. She also appeared in the 1990 film Ski School in which she has a nude love scene, and had a recurring role in the 1996 television series Erotic Confessions as a character named Jacquelin Stone
