Karla Klein (born 1945) was an American Jewish pin up model. Her career extended from the mid-60s through the early 70s. Many of the still-shots of this petite, big-breasted Jewess were taken by Hollywood author-boyfriend William Rotsler, who also frequently photographed another "little Jewess with big tits": Joyce Mandelkorn, alias Joyce Gibson.
