{{"/doc}} inserts a kind of blockquote.

Usage

{{"
  |text=The quote
  |sign=optional sign of quote
}}

Shorthand:

{{"
  |The quote
  |optional sign of quote
}}

Example

Code Result
{{"|This is a quote|by [[Someone]]}}

This is a quote

by Someone
{{"|This is a quote}}

This is a quote

Caveats

The hardcoded quotation marks &lsaquo; and &rsaquo; result in visual gibberish on old browsers. The proper tags for short inline quotations would be <q> and </q>, but unfortunately that's not yet supported by the Boobpedia software.

The idea of these XHTML tags is to reflect preferences of the user wrt quotation marks - typically depending on the language and supporting at least one level of nesting.
