Molly O'Brian started doing adult magazines in 1987. She appeared in numerous US and UK magazines and in a number of adult film titles usually paired with Tracey Adams. Her chest size varied with her weight. She is notable for her very pendulous breasts and for being one of the first internationally known porn stars to hail from Ireland. She is usually presented as a blonde, but she is in fact a brunette.
