Starting in late 2023, she’s been increasing her breast size using fat grafts instead of using saline.
Breast Expansion
On 10/26/23, Penny announced on her Onlyfans that she would be expanding her breasts. Though instead of increasing her saline implants, Penny said she’s be using fat grafts, injecting more of her own fat into her breasts.
Her first expansion was on 12/04/23 with 660cc of fat grafts. Increasing her augmented size to 3190cc, or 4190cc including her natural boobs fat.
