This template is used to generate an affiliate link to 18 Eighteen. It is intended for use in the "Big boobs movies / videos…" section of articles.
Usage

id
id is the number from the URL of a model's profile page, and is optional. For example, in the following URL
www.18eighteen.com/teen-babes/Alice-White/6417
it is 6417. If id is not given, the template will link to 18eighteen's main page.
name
name is the name to be displayed. If name is not given, the page title will be used.
