Prior to becoming a Playmate, Jimenez appeared in XFL "Cheerleader" commercials in 2000 along with Karen McDougal and Rachel Sterling.

She appeared in numerous ads for Jose Cuervo in 2006. As part of a promotional deal, the company held a contest in which the winner would go to the Midsummer Night's Dream party at the Playboy Mansion along with Jimenez.
