Carole Ryva is a stripper, glamour model, and actress.
She was appearing at the Raymond Revuebar in London when photographed for Penthouse (October 1967 Volume 2 no. 11) by Phillip O. Stearns. Carole was unusual in the mid 1960's, because she had breast implants, the modern version of which had been developed as recently as 1962. This must have been a big advantage to a stripper at this time, as many spectators would have assumed that she possessed large, perfectly formed, firm, natural breasts.
