Louise was born in Norfolk, England on the 30th November 1971 and attended "prim" (Her word) middle and high schools where she enjoyed English, History & Catering.
She grew up loving sports, playing netball and taking part in track and field events and cross country running. She also had a paper round.
After leaving school she did a two year Youth Training Scheme (YTS) course in retail while doing part-time work in a pub and a department store coffee shop.
