Toni Ann Thomas (born April 15 1944, in Huntington Park, California) is a American adult model, who is best known for her appearance as Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for its February 1963 issue.
Early years
Toni worked as a telephone operator and an instructor at a health club before appearing in Playboy. She has remained active in the fitness arena in the years and decades since she became a Playmate.
Career
Steve Sullivan's centerfold was photographed by Mario Casilli. In 1969 she was named Playmate of the Decade.
Personal life
After being featured in Playboy, Steve Sullivan began working as an interior designer and married prominent hotelier John Fitts.
