Margie Harrison is an American adult model.
Strictly speaking, Margie Harrison is the first Playboy centerfold as well as Playmate of the Month, in Playboy's second issue of January 1954, and returned again as June 1954 playmate. Marilyn Monroe preceded her as a Playboy "Sweetheart of the Month" in their first issue of November 1953, but did not appear in the center pages; rather she appeared on pages 16 to 18, making Harrison the first official Playmate of the Month. Like Monroe, Harrison's photo was purchased from the John Baumgarth Company, which specialized in pin-up calendars. According to The Playmate Book, Harrison also appeared in the men's magazines Follies and Gala.

Harrison was the first Playboy model to be called "Playmate"—for the Month. She is also the first with her picture in the center.
