Native of United States?
Her main entry here says:
Ditta Haslund was a Norwegian pin up model. She appeared in magazines like Gent and Gem in the late 1960s and early 70s. Certain magazines claims her nationality is Scandinavian (Norway or Danish) but the information at her Yahoo Group says "...it is virtually certain that she was a native of the United States due to postal regulations in effect at the time...".
I don't have a reference, but in one (indoor) layout, there is a newspaper nearby which appears to be written in a Scandinavian language. This layout was published in E-GO magazines (All Man, Debonair, Man's Delight, Man's Pleasure). The headlines were readable so the language could be discerned by locating the layout. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nwmags (talk • contribs) 20:27, 29 November 2008. Oops, sorry about that. I wrote that and assumed my handle would be automatically posted to it -nwmags p.s. She is listed in the E-GO mags as Daisy and was in perhaps a half dozen issues circa 1973-75. Her first appearance known to me was in The Swinger (later The BUF Swinger) in February 1971.
