Mary is a character from the 1990 science-fiction film Total Recall, a three-breasted "mutant" who makes a brief but memorable appearance. She was played by actress Lycia Naff.
It's worth pointing out that this character is no doubt based on another fictional character, Eccentrica Gallumbits, the so-called "Triple-Breasted Whore of Eroticon-6," from Douglas Adams' The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
