Adult film career
Kay Parker was reportedly introduced to the adult film industry during the late 1970s by porn actor John Leslie, who suggested Kay to take part in one of Leslie's upcoming films at that time. Upon hearing that it was a pornographic movie, Kay reportedly declined the offer. She eventually was eased into the industry by playing bit parts in non-sexual roles, until porn director Anthony Spinelli talked Kay into doing her first sex scene in the film Sex World.
Kay's first onscreen sex partner was porn actor Joey Silvera. In various interviews Kay gave during her active years within the industry, she revealed that she and Silvera and got a bit carried away during their sex scene, which ultimately got so vigorous and so out of hand that one of Kay's teeth was chipped. Her chipped tooth is clearly visible in her subsequent films.
Shortly after the release of Sex World, Kay Parker quickly became a sensation in the adult film industry. Kay quickly became one of the most popular starlets at that time, as well as being one of the most requested to work with by the male porn actors of the day. Her favorites included John Leslie, Paul Thomas, Herschel Savage, Mike Ranger, Joey Silvera, and Randy West.
She appeared in adult films during the late 1970s, and throughout most of the 1980s. She is best known for her very large natural breasts.
