She was a former cheerleader for NBA Team Atlanta Hawks and for NHL Team Atlanta Thrashers.[2][3][4]
When her three-year-contract with Atlanta Hawks ended and she moved to Los Angeles, she met an adult agent during a photo shoot for a possible Maxim magazine spread. The agent asked her if there was an interest to working in adult industry and Briana accepted.[5]
She also works as model and adult model, notably being the cover girl for Hustler in June 2010.[3]
Briana Blair was ranked 40 in the list of The 50 Hottest "Off Duty" Cheerleaders, published by Bleacher Report.[6]
She appears in music video High Off the Fame by hip hop artist Candyman 187 featuring Snoop Dogg and Ariano.
